Production Lines

Specialized cable manufacturing equipment — each line optimized for a specific cable family

SZ-Stranding Lines

Three fully automated SZ-stranding lines produce loose-tube cables from 4 to 144 fibers. Integrated gel-injection and dry SAP tape systems run in parallel, satisfying both traditional gel-filled and modern water-blocking dry-block specifications.

High-Density Ribbon Line

One ribbon-stacking and rollable ribbon line produces 12-fiber ribbon units up to 3,456 fibers total. Rollable ribbon construction achieves up to 60% higher fiber density versus traditional loose-tube designs, enabling mass-fusion splicing at 12 fibers per splice.

FTTH Drop Cable Line

Dedicated extrusion lines produce flat and round FTTH drop cables — G.657.A1/A2 and G.657.B3 bend-insensitive fiber — with integrated FRP or steel strength members. Mini-breakout and self-supporting figure-8 variants produced on the same line.

Armored Cable Line

Corrugated steel tape and interlocking aluminum armor lines protect cables for direct-burial and harsh-environment deployments. Automated armor application is followed by inline OD measurement and UV-stabilized HDPE or LSZH jacket extrusion.

ADSS & Aerial Line

All-dielectric self-supporting (ADSS) cables are produced for span lengths up to 1,000 m. Aramid yarn strength members and PE/ADPE track-resistant jackets are applied on our dedicated catenary line with inline tension and sag-coefficient verification.

GJYXCH — Self-Supporting Drop Cable

Indoor/outdoor butterfly drop cable with integrated steel messenger wire (figure-8 cross-section). G.657.A1/A2 fiber, flat PE/LSZH jacket, FRP or steel strength members. Produced for MDU risers, aerial last-drop, and short-span FTTH connections where no separate support strand is available.

GYXTW — Water-Blocking Tape OSP Cable

Outdoor stranded loose-tube cable with non-metallic water-blocking tape (no gel fill). G.652.D SM fiber, PE jacket, FRP central strength member. Clean installation — no gel cleanup during termination. Produced in 6F to 144F counts for direct burial, duct, and aerial lashing applications.

GYXTY — FRP Central-Tube OSP Cable

Outdoor stranded loose-tube cable with dual FRP (fiber-reinforced plastic) strength members flanking the central tube, PE jacket. Fully dielectric — no metallic elements, ideal for high-voltage environments and lightning-prone zones. Produced in 6F to 96F for duct and lashed aerial runs.

GYFTY — Multi-Tube FRP Stranded Cable

Outdoor multi-loose-tube cable stranded around a central FRP strength member, with additional FRP rods and PE outer jacket. All-dielectric, gel-filled tubes, available 6F to 288F. Standard workhorse for OSP duct and aerial infrastructure — GYFTZY armored variant also produced for direct burial.

100% OTDR Testing

Every drum of cable is tested end-to-end with OTDR at 1310 nm and 1550 nm. Attenuation, splice events, reflections, and total optical length are recorded. Trace files are archived per reel serial number and shipped with the cable for lifetime traceability.

Production Process

Six-stage quality assurance from raw fiber reel to shipped cable drum

01
Fiber & Material Incoming QC
Primary coated fiber reels, buffer tube compounds, jacket pellets, and strength members are verified against COA and sampled for geometry, attenuation, and tensile acceptance testing.
02
Fiber Coloring & Buffering
UV-cure ink coloring per TIA-598 / IEC 60304. Secondary tight-buffering or loose-tube extrusion with automated OD and concentricity measurement every 10 meters.
03
SZ-Stranding / Ribbon Stacking
Fiber units are SZ-stranded around a central strength member. Ribbon cables are stacked in precise order. Gel-injection or dry water-blocking tape applied inline.
04
Armor & Jacket Extrusion
Steel or aluminum armor applied where specified. PE, HDPE, LSZH, or plenum-rated jacket extruded and cooled in a controlled water trough. Inline spark testing at 6 kV.
05
100% OTDR Testing
Every reel tested at 1310 nm and 1550 nm. Attenuation per km, splice events, and reflections logged. Trace file archived against reel serial number.
06
Length Measurement & Marking
Accurate length printed on jacket at 1-meter intervals ±0.5%. Reel barcoded with fiber type, count, length, attenuation, date, and lot number for full traceability.
